Jan Spengler is a dynamic entrepreneur with experience in a variety of functions before setting up his own business:

With his entrepreneurial mindset and many years of experience, he successfully worked to improve global quality standards at Belimo AG as Lead Supplier Quality Engineer with stakeholders in Europe, Asia and America.

As an innovative mind, Jan introduced groundbreaking quality tools and established the FMEA tool to sustainably optimize processes. His strategic approaches to process analysis and design have significantly advanced the company.

Previously, Jan led sophisticated FMEA and safety analyses in the automotive industry. His ability to manage complex projects for prestigious clients such as Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche underlines his leadership qualities and technical know-how.

Jan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering – Production Systems from the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. His international study and work experiences in Mexico and England have sharpened his global perspective and expanded his intercultural skills.

Fluent in German, English and Spanish, Jan can communicate and lead effectively in multinational projects.
